cakehole got to see a bit of London that few of us ever do and managed to get some stunning shots:

Royal Mail's private railway that used to carry mail from Whitechapel to Paddington. The whole network was mothballed in 2003.

Please be sure to check out all the photos as they are filled with some great detail and you can't help but feel it's a shame that the 'fish fryer' and its replacements are even now just sat down there in the dark.
