It seemed the debate over Trafalgar Square's fourth plinth was settled: after Boris' election pledge to install a statue of Sir Keith Park was shot down, the space would continue to home modern art. The BBC have been busy analysing the Mayoral marketing campaigns, slogans and dress sense. S'pose tomorrow it will be diet and diction. St-Martins-in-the-Fields-in-the-middle-of-the-city has reopened following its refurbishment.
