Londonist loves to see stuff used in unusual ways. Our favourite was perhaps the cocktail dress made out of well strung toast, and Holly Golightly's bath cum couch is another example. It seems that architects are prepared to think out of the box too. Or rather, out of lots of boxes. Europe's first hotel constructed entirely from shipping containers has opened in that picturesque resort, Uxbridge. And there's another one opening soon near to Heathrow.......
